Note: If you are not staying at the Westin, please utilize the complimentary I.M.R.G. bike parking lot located at the corner of Pine Street and WML King Blvd. (entrance on Pine St.) between 1:00pm – 6:00pm. The lot will close at 6:00 pm. Registered guests should utilize the Westin’s valet parking for $15 per day, unlimited daily access.
6:00 pm – 6:45 pm Event Registration

6:30 pm Motor coach transfers to I.M.R.G. Welcome Reception
Location: Westin Chattanooga Hotel – Main Entrance
Note: Complimentary parking is available at the port. If you plan to consume alcohol, please register to ride the bus or make alternate transportation arrangements. The Westin offers valet parking for $15 per day, unlimited daily access. The distance between the Westin and port is 1.2 miles.
